Weeping Radish Brewery Tour
This tour is normally given by Uli, starting with the history of N.C.’s oldest brewery and the evolution over the last 30 years from Reinheitsgebot Beer to Reinheitsgebot food. Every one of the beer samples is also served with a sausage sample from the in house butchery as well as a sample of house made curry ketchup and beer mustard. The tour begins on the viewing platform overlooking the brewery and ends with a tour of the artisan butchery facility with smokehouse.
Three 3 oz. samples of beer (root beer sample for the under 21 year olds) together with three sausage samples.
