First learn to fly with a Dune Hang Gliding Lesson on the soft sand dunes of Jockey's Ridge State Park the head up to the Cotton Gin for a beautifully scenic aero-towed hang glider flight to 2000' with one of our expert hang gliding instructors. You'll have a true sense of the sport of hang gliding after these lessons.

Beginner Hang Gliding Lesson

Learn about hang gliding in a 45 minute Ground School program and then take 5 training flights in your first lesson! The soft sand dunes of Jockey's Ridge State Park and consistent, clean winds of the Outer Banks offer the perfect training facility for introductory lessons virtually all year long.

Ages 4 years old and up can fly!
