Reservation Policies

Please review the below policies. You must accept the policies at the bottom to proceed.

Payment - We require full payment at the time of purchase, so please be prepared with a credit card. Your card will be charged when you click "Accept" on the confirmation page. We accept Visa, Master Card, American Express, and Discover. If you wish to pay in cash, please contact us to make the appropriate arrangements for such a payment.

Returns/Refunds - Adventure Certificates are not refundable, but they are fully transferable. Should the recipient decide that she/he does not want to participate in the designated adventure, she/he may either transfer it to another person or choose an alternative adventure with the understanding that she/he will be responsible for any additional costs associated with it.

Redemption - Gift Certificates are to be redeemed for the activity selected by the purchaser. The order number will the best way to reference your certificate when speaking to a KHK Morningside reservations associate. This adventure certificate does not have an expiration date but is adventure specific. KHK Morningside will honor the certificate for the selected adventure even if prices for this adventure have increased at the time of redemption. If the specific adventure originally purchased is no longer available, the recipient may receive a credit to other KHK Morningside Adventure(s) matching the dollar amount spent at the time of purchase of this certificate.

Waivers - Every participant must complete a waiver prior to participating in activities at Morningside Flight Park. Any participant under the age of eighteen (18) years old must have the waiver signed and completed by the child's parent. I have read and accept all of the reservation policies
