Reservation Policies

Please review the below policies. You must accept the policies at the bottom to proceed.

Payment - We require full payment at the time of purchase so be prepared with a credit card. Your card will be charged when you click "Accept" on the confirmation page. We accept Visa, Master Card, American Express, and Discover. Gift Certificates may be purchased via cash payment in person at a Kitty Hawk Kites property. If you wish to pay in cash, please contact us to make the appropriate arrangements for such a payment.

Returns/Refunds - Gift Certificates are nonrefundable nor are they redeemable for cash.

Redemption - Gift Certificates are to be redeemed for the activity selected by the purchaser. The unique order number will the best way to reference your certificate when speaking to a Kitty Hawk Kites reservations associate. This adventure certificate does not have an expiration date but is adventure specific. Kitty Hawk Kites will honor the certificate for the selected adventure even if prices for this adventure have increased at the time of redemption. If the specific adventure originally purchased is no longer available, the recipient may receive a credit to other Kitty Hawk Kites Adventure(s) matching the dollar amount spent at the time of purchase of this certificate. This certificate is not redeemable for cash. Should the recipient decide that she/he does not want to participate in the designated adventure, she/he may transfer it to another person or she/he may chose another adventure with the understanding that she/he will be responsible for any additional costs associated with the alternative adventure.

Waivers - Every participant must complete a waiver prior to participating in activities with Kitty Hawk Kites. Any participant under the age of eighteen (18) years old must have the waiver signed and completed by the child's parent. I have read and accept all of the reservation policies
